As Branch manager you will be in charge of our operations in Shaoxing. Your main function will be the coordination of sourcing, out-bound logistics and internal operations:
Continuous supplier relationship management
Extension of the existing supplier pool
Calculation and cost pricing for defined product range
In charge of product development and sourcing with respect to supplier selection, purchasing of raw materials (fabrics and accessories) and finished products
Complete responsibility with respect to product quality, price and delivery dates
Coordination of the production and internal operations
Controlling and reporting of the local production performance
Conduct cut modification of car seat covers and automotive accessories
Seamless documentation of the production, sourcing and out-bound logistics activities
Profit responsibility against our Head Office


Requirement:
Educational background
English level at CET 4 or TEM 6 or equivalent
Preferably the candidate has a Degree/Technical qualification or equivalent in textiles engineering, design, QA/QC or operations management
Very good commercial education
Professional background
5 or more years experience in garments sourcing, export and merchandising
Multiyear working experience in general management within an international work environment
Preferably experienced in dealing with off-shore markets and international customers
Experience in textile production necessary.
Experience in quality control and quality management.
Experience within forwarding and logistics.
Technical skills
Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good knowledge of fabrics
Education in Cutting or Garment technology, with multiyear work experience
