1. Manage daily production and on-time delivery;

2. Supervise the work of clerical and staff, monitor the workload and work rate;

3. Ensure and manage a competitive staff and train subordinates;

4 Ensure effective operation of an assigned area of manufacturing to meet established
schedules and production requirements while maintaining cost;
確保本生產(chǎn)單位的運作效率達到設定的計劃、生產(chǎn)要求和成本。
5.To coordinate the maintenance activities to make sure the efficiency of production facilities;
協(xié)調設備維護保養(yǎng)工作，以確保生產(chǎn)設備效率
6.Apply purchasing requirement for material used for production;
準備有關生產(chǎn)材料的采購申請
7.Take responsibilities to safety and environment protection within machine site;
負責工作區(qū)域的安全和環(huán)境保護工作
8.Make sure to keep products meet required quality
確保生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品符合質量要求
9.Improve/upgrade operation system and procedure to attain an efficient and cost effective operation
改善/升級運作系統(tǒng)和程序，確保運作成本、效果和效率

Requirements: 要求

Strong responsibility, hard working, good communication skill and people management skills
極強的責任心,勤勉,溝通能力,管理技能
More than 2 year experience in supervising at least 50 persons in textile plant
2年以上紡織廠帶班經(jīng)驗(至少50人)
high school graduate or above
高中或以上學歷,
Cutting experience is preferred
有裁床經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Ability to work in 3 shifts 2 rotations
能適合3 班2倒工作
