Responsibilities:
a. To manage whole cutting quality team, including cutting pieces inspectors and process controller, monitor cutting quality performance

b. With good communication, cooperate with closed department to achieve quality expectation, communicate with customer (sewing plant) for some quality issue
具有良好的交流技巧，能夠和相關(guān)部門緊密合作共同達(dá)到期望的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。必要時和車縫廠交流合作共同解決質(zhì)量問題
c. Analyze the inspection reports and feedback to all the related departments
分析檢驗(yàn)報告并反饋給相關(guān)部門
d. Set up the inspection standard and plan
設(shè)定檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃
e. Responsible for training of cutting pieces inspectors and annual performance review
負(fù)責(zé)檢驗(yàn)員工的培訓(xùn)和每年的表現(xiàn)評估
f. Keep work environment and equipments clean and clear
保持工作場所和設(shè)備的干凈整潔
g. Responsible for the safety issue in cutting quality area
負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)的安全有效工作
g. Yearly/monthly purchase plan for consumable
月度，年度消耗品的采購
h. Other work assigned by direct head

Requirements:
a.College degree or above in textile or apparel field
大專及以上學(xué)歷，紡織或服裝相關(guān)專業(yè)
b.English reading and basic writing is necessary, verbal is prefer
基本的英語閱讀和書寫能力，有口語能力者更好
c.Computer skill in office software
計(jì)算機(jī)辦公軟件基本應(yīng)用
d.At least 3 years quality control or related experience in textile or apparel field
至少3年的紡織服裝以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)
e.Management skill, 10 people or above manage experience
具有10人以上團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
f.No color blindness and color weakness
無色盲和色弱
g.ISO9000 experience is prefer
具有ISO經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先
