Vic Cara前身為原東莞華泰針織原料貿(mào)易有限公司，始創(chuàng)于1993年，是中國華南地區(qū)最早從事針織原料的貿(mào)易公司，至今已有近20年的歷史。
         經(jīng)數(shù)年的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展壯大，1998年公司經(jīng)擴(kuò)張更名為東莞市華展紡織品有限公司，在廣東佛山、東莞設(shè)立紡紗工廠，致力于新型毛料研發(fā)及生產(chǎn)，主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)銷歐美、日韓、香港等十幾個(gè)國家和地區(qū)。
         2002年，公司進(jìn)一步壯大成立東莞市鑫利紡織服飾有限公司，在東莞大朗鎮(zhèn)開設(shè)制衣廠，這標(biāo)志著公司從原有針織毛料的開發(fā)生產(chǎn)擴(kuò)大至針織服裝的設(shè)計(jì)及生產(chǎn)，這是東莞第一家從紗線生產(chǎn)到成衣加工的自主生產(chǎn)的OEM，年產(chǎn)值約300萬件。
         2009年，公司第二間廠房在東莞市大朗鎮(zhèn)富民工業(yè)園落成，廠房面積32000平方米。同時(shí)擴(kuò)大新生產(chǎn)線，購置德國全自動(dòng)氣流紡設(shè)備，開創(chuàng)了氣流紡紗線的新領(lǐng)域。公司秉著“能源再生，優(yōu)化資源”的理念，開發(fā)出一系列的再生棉紗線。倡導(dǎo)品質(zhì)、自然、環(huán)保的生活方式，并將此注入公司未來新的品牌戰(zhàn)略當(dāng)中。
         2012年，華鑫國際（香港）服裝有限公司成立，與此同時(shí)，公司品牌Vic Cara（中文名：維克卡拉）品牌誕生。Vic Cara一語源自意大利，代表歐洲時(shí)尚風(fēng)潮的國際品牌。以“The perfect combination of art and quality”為時(shí)尚信仰，將藝術(shù)美感與品質(zhì)融入到都市生活之中，并一度引領(lǐng)時(shí)尚風(fēng)潮，受到追求生活品質(zhì)的城市新貴熱烈追捧。

         Vic Cara was founded in 1993, which was known as Dongguan Huatai Knitting Raw Material Trade Co. Ltd.. It is the first knitting raw material trade company of South China and it has a history of almost 20 years
         After several years' development, the company expanded and changed its name as DONGGUANHUAZHANTEXTILECo. Ltd. in 1998.Setting up its own knitting factory in Guangdong Foshan and Dongguan and devoting itself to new wool developing and producing. Its leading products were sold to more than 10 countries and regions including Europe, America, Japan, Korea and Hongkong.
         In 2002, the company expanded further and founded the DONGDUANXINLITEXTILECo. Ltd..Its setting up clothing factory in Dalang stood for the company had expanded its business from the development and production of knitting wool to knitting clothing design and production. It was the first OEM which made its way from yarn production to independent production of clothing processing. Its annual output was about 3 million items.
         In 2009, the company's second factory was built in the Fumin Industry Park in Dongguan Dalang with an area of 32,000 square metres. At the same time, to expand the new production line, it brought in the German automatic airflow spinning equipment, built a new field of airflow spinning. The company adhered to the concept of "Energy regeneration, and optimize the resources" and developed a series of regeneration cotton thread. The company advocated a life of quality, natural and environmental, and put this concept into its new brand strategy.
         In 2012,HUAXIN INTERNATIONAL (HK)GARMENT CO.,LIMITED was born.Thecompany upgraded its brand, Vic Cara was born.
