Major Responsibilities：
Resource commercially viable fabrics
Evaluate supplier quality management, ethical and social standards
Negotiate general terms of cooperation – price, MOQ, terms of payment, sample development cost, lead time etc.
Visit textile fairs and present new trends to design team
Monitor raw material market trend for cotton and fibre, yarn price, etc.
Set up the system of cost analysis from fabric, trims, yarn to garment quotation breakdown and reduce purchasing price
Work in close collaboration with in-house teams, and communicate with suppliers to resolve production issues with efficient solutions
Researching current trends to develop fabrics
Build and maintain a library of fabrics and trims
Follow design briefs during the product development process and provide feedback to designers
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers.

Requirements:
Proactive, self – motivated and be able to work under pressure
A good team player as well as a problem solver, who works well in a fast paced, changing environment;
Must be flexible and tolerant due to the frequency with which changes occur;
Detail and results oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and open minded;
PC literate;
Excellent communications and presentation skills with fluent and good command of both written & spoken both English and Chinese;
Willing to work out door and traveling.
