The Job Responsibility:
--Order handling ,general follow up on orders and samples
--Arranging samples,negotiation on terms and prices
--Customer service and communication with factories
--Ensure follow up and fast response on requests from Clients in relevant markets
--Continuously improve the quality of communication with the clients
--Work independently and report the progress situation to the team leader
The Requirements:
-- College graduate or above majoring textile or relevant background
-- Fluency in spoken and written English, preferably a good command in Garments;
-- More than 3 years working experience on Woven/knit fashion ladies wear merchandising.
-- Good communication skills between customers and factories
-- Familiar with different kinds of Woven/knit yarn and fabric
-- Good sense of responsibility, good teamwork
-- Experience in multinational corporations is definitely an advantage.
職責(zé)內(nèi)容:
1、安排好客戶大貨的生產(chǎn)工作,跟蹤好生產(chǎn)進度,并適時與相關(guān)部門進行協(xié)調(diào);
2、加強與工廠的溝通,了解訂單排期,隨時掌握訂單運作情況,跟蹤客人查貨情況,協(xié)助解決客人提出的問題;
3、不斷與部門外籍經(jīng)理溝通交流,提高自身與工廠和客戶的溝通能力、增長業(yè)務(wù)知識,以提高客戶滿意度為工作宗旨。
任職要求:
1、三年以上外貿(mào)公司梭織時尚女裝服裝大貨訂單操作經(jīng)驗
2、英語口語熟練,能夠流利的與客戶和部門經(jīng)理進行溝通
3、個性溫和,有優(yōu)秀的團隊合作精神和溝通能力
4、具有一定的抗壓能力和獨立解決問題的能力,有與外籍人士共事的經(jīng)歷
