職位描述：
1. 全面負(fù)責(zé)梭織，針織等服裝的品質(zhì)控制，驗貨，確保品牌質(zhì)量
2. 負(fù)責(zé)從下單到出貨前所有階段的品質(zhì)檢驗和質(zhì)量跟蹤，對工廠的每一道工序都能嚴(yán)格把控
3. 與現(xiàn)有的或新的供應(yīng)商對于質(zhì)量要求，驗貨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，驗貨流程進(jìn)行溝通，以滿足公司要求
4. 對潛在供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)能力及技能方面的評估
職位要求：
1.如具有良好的英語讀寫聽能力可優(yōu)先錄用
2.有6-8年以上在貿(mào)易公司或采購公司紡織服裝質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，熟悉AQL驗貨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，特別熟悉歐洲市場的質(zhì)量要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
3.熟悉面料，輔料合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，車位縫紉技術(shù)以及紙樣排版
4.熟悉針?biāo)罂椄呒墪r尚服裝工藝流程及品質(zhì)控制
5.能與業(yè)務(wù)部門，工廠進(jìn)行有效溝通，有效安排生產(chǎn)過程中的中期檢驗，以及出運(yùn)前的尾期驗貨
6.查明發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程中的問題，并積極提供有效的解決方案
7.工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有團(tuán)隊合作精神
8.居住在杭州城南，或者紹興，諸暨，嵊州等地者更佳
一旦錄用，簽訂3年勞動合同，試用期為合同期前3個月，自錄用起繳納5險，享受午餐補(bǔ)助，交通補(bǔ)貼，帶薪年假等福利待遇。
Responsibilities:
1) In charge of overall production quality in Woven & knit to ensure brand standards
2) To responsible for quality control and follow up from order placement to order delivery, control every production process of the factories
3) Communicate quality requirement, inspection rules and procedures with existing and new suppliers to ensure that production will meet companys requirement
4) Conduct evaluation on potential suppliers in the areas of production capacity and performance
Requirements:
1) good English is a Must
2) over 6 to 8 years experience on textile(garment) in trading company or buying office, familiar with AQL and quanlity requirement especially for high fashion brand in Europe
3) know very well on fabric & accessory pass quality standard, sewing technique and paper pattern
4) know very well on garment workmanship and production process on woven and knitting
5) communicate very well with merchandiser, suppliers to arrange the inline inspection, final inspection
6) able to detect quality problem on production and give active solution
7) team spirit and high responsibility
