描述： 1.英語聽說讀寫良好，能夠運用英文郵件及時與客戶進行溝通確認，表意完整、明確，語氣委婉，有禮貌；能夠獨立與國外客戶進行會議溝通、洽談、確認等工作事宜；
2.獨立完成樣品制作跟單—客戶原始英文款式工藝資料翻譯整理、從開發(fā)樣品到產(chǎn)前樣品確認意見的準確翻譯整理，樣品交期、質(zhì)量的跟蹤以及用料籌備，工藝書制作；以及與技術(shù)有效溝通，本著在不影響成衣功能和外觀的情況下，盡量滿足客人的要求的原則控制樣品難易程度，及時與客戶反饋落實并做好留樣工作；
3.獨立完成成衣預(yù)計成本核算—準確完整的完成面料部分、里料部分、輔料部分、加工費、運輸費用等預(yù)計成本核算，并與技術(shù)有效溝通填寫單耗，與供應(yīng)商核實注明交期、最小起訂量、小缸費等相關(guān)影響價格的要素,多次報價標注其價格變動項及原因；
4.獨立完成大貨面輔料開發(fā)、采購工作—了解面料成分、幅寬、克重、縮率等特性，了解面輔料加工制造工藝，明確區(qū)分放樣（20天左右）、手樣（一周）、色樣（一周）、類似樣、推薦樣等相關(guān)概念和準確易懂的下達開發(fā)指示，審核開發(fā)結(jié)果，及時與客戶進行開發(fā)確認并對面輔料信息進行歸檔留存（注明寄樣信息、批次、時間）；按照客人的標準進行面輔料檢測；獨立計算用量及損耗，采購合同的獨立制作，大貨船樣收發(fā)確認，交期確認，碼單核對并嚴格督促工廠對面輔料到料數(shù)量、質(zhì)量進行及時有效的核對；發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時與供應(yīng)商反饋和解決；
5.獨立完成大貨生產(chǎn)進度跟蹤—大貨單耗核算（與技術(shù)溝通完成）、根據(jù)面輔料的到廠時間和確認意見的確認時間排產(chǎn)、大貨裁單制作、生產(chǎn)進度跟蹤、與跟單員良好的溝通產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量問題并提出解決方案、船樣質(zhì)量抽檢,了解大貨尾期驗貨技巧；
6.單證—手冊資料備案，國際貿(mào)易買賣合同制作，與客戶確認進出口發(fā)貨方式和貨代公司，租船訂艙，進出口報關(guān)單據(jù)及國外的清關(guān)單據(jù)（進出口發(fā)票、箱單、合同）的制作，國際快遞進出口貨物操作，產(chǎn)地證制作，手冊核銷，結(jié)匯；
7.服裝企業(yè)成衣管理系統(tǒng)運用—內(nèi)部報價、物料單錄入、面輔料訂購需求、入庫、銷售、成本；

描述： ●Make communication with customer timly by E-mail in English for conformation with clear meaning and polite tones .Doing negotiation and confrim any thing on customer business meeting independently;
●Arrangment sample making -translate original sample design process document and conments from customers accuratly and completly(including color proto fitting sample size set sample pps). sample workmanship writing to sample room,sample delivery confrim and quality tracking, material preparation in time.Make communication with technician according to sample making rule: maintain the appearance and functional of clothing meanwhile try our best to satisfy buyer's requirement and do any change to reduce the cost try our best.Controll the degree of diffculty on sample and feedback to buyer;
●Qoutation-complete the qoutation chart with cost of material&processing fee&transportation expense sum correctly independently.Double check with technician to advise consumption exactly,.Double check with mill for unit price and remark delivery&MOQ&surcharge and so so element may impact price.It's imprtant to change color for items in qoutantion chart which is changed if qoutation is issue many times in order to explan to buyer the reason for changed qoutation;
●Fabirc&trims development and purchasing independently - realize the features of fabric(composition&width&gram weight&shrinkage).Well know the workmanship for fabric and trims production,Distinguish the concept among SSY(20 days), handllom(1 week), L/D(1 week), similar sample, recommendations and other related concepts clearly,infrom the develpment direction to mill correctly and well understandly,check the result in time,confrim with buyer,For confromation of fabric doing keeping files(remark received date×);doing fabric test according to the standard from buyer;account the quantity with add up to the loss independently,making purchesing contract,shippment sample confrim,delivery confrim,push factory to check quality and quantity for received material,if any problem,double check with mill in time;
●Bulk production progress tracking - well know the garment processing technological process and attention matters,making production plan according to the received time and conments time,cutting sheet making,bulk production tracking,double check with factroy about the problem for dairy production quantity and quality and solve in time;shipping samples checking, ITS garment test and well know the skills of bulk final inspection;
●Import/export working-international trade sales contract making,hand book remark document making,confrim with customer about shippment way and open the L/C,booking cargo space,customs declaration document making (commercial invoice&pakinglist&contract),certificate of origin apply on line,hand book cancleafter verification,foreign exchange settlement;
